No one can ever say that Italians aren't passionate! Here we are at Salone del Gusto, Slow Food's mostra in Torino, and our roomful of oenophile attendees had the fortunate opportunity of witnessing opposing points of view on the fine art of wine making by two passionate vintners. It was high drama at Laboratorio del Gusto. Regarding the Friulian wines tasted, however, there was no dispute. All were divine in their own ways. Viva Italia!
